KSD's 15th Annual Recital

Join us this year for our 15th annual recital June 4th-6th at The Princess Theater in Decatur!
Every dancer has the opportunity to shine as they perform their class dance(s) on the stage. Family and friends are welcome to watch the show with the purchase of a KSD recital ticket (Ticket sale information will be sent out via email at a later date).
Performance Days & Dress Rehearsal:
Dancers will perform on one or more days of the recital - an email will be sent soon with details on which night(s) your dancer performs.
On the day of a dancer's performance, there will be a dress rehearsal where dancers will practice their routine in full costume and makeup. Each class will be assigned a rehearsal time, which is sent out closer to the recital dates. Our policy states that all dancers must be present for their dress rehearsal in order to perform in the show that night. Our dress rehearsal is open, so any family or friends that would like to watch the rehearsal are free to do so.
The Princess Theater has designated dressing rooms for performers. During the show, KSD Faculty will always be present in the dressing rooms to watch over each class so parents can enjoy their dancer's performance.
Recital Gifts and Program Books:
Information about recital t-shirts for dancers will be emailed.
Recital gifts such as flowers, t-shirts, recital-themed stuffed animals, etc. will be available for preorder. Purchases can also be made the evening of recital, before/after the show and during Intermission in the lobby of The Princess Theater.
Recital programs are also for sale at the merchandise table in the lobby.
***Details regarding program books for dancers who have opted to have their picture included in the program will be included in the recital information email.
Videography:
Photos and videos are permitted during dress rehearsal only. There is no photography or videography during the show. A full recital video of all three nights of the performance is included and will be sent following the recital.
